We use FedEx & Conway freight for shipping, shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight and the destination zip code.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. If you would prefer an exchange we will send it promptly. All merchandise must be returned in new, unused, resale condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds or exchanges on any merchandise must be returned for inspection prior to credit being given. Please call or email our Returns Department for a Return Authorization Number, either by calling us at (254) 582-3000 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shortages & Claims
Please check shipments and contents upon receipt and report any error at once. If a part of the shipment is missing or appears to be damaged, do not fail to note this on the carrier’s receipt and make a claim immediately with the carrier. If there is a shortage or damage by our shipping department, contact us at once at (254) 582-3000 or by email at email@example.com.
